In addition to mold design and manufacturing, Segato Angela specializes in cold sheet metal stamping and third-party metal small parts production. Our stamping department is organized to ensure precise processing, production continuity, and consistent quality in the manufacturing of metal components for various industrial sectors. Thanks to our experience in the metalworking industry and the use of dedicated equipment, the company is capable of managing both small-batch and large-volume production, ensuring dimensional precision and process reliability.
Pressing department
The pressing department is equipped with mechanical and hydraulic presses of varying tonnages, designed to perform shearing and sheet metal stamping with high precision. The presses are integrated with automated material feeding systems, including:
- automatic feeders for metal strips
- decoilers
- strip straighteners
This equipment allows us to process metal strips up to 4 mm thick, ensuring efficiency and continuity in our operations.
Third-party production and services
In our stamping department, we perform:
- testing of molds manufactured in-house
- production of pre-series and prototypes for technical verification
- third-party sheet metal stamping
- production of small and large batches of metal components
The pre-series phase allows the client to verify product compliance with technical specifications, ensuring accurate quality control before production begins.
