Contract wire EDM
With our large-format Sodick machine, we carry out wire EDM on hardened steels, including large workpieces. We manufacture punches and dies for blanking and progressive dies, die plates and components, complex profiles and precision tooling to customer drawings. Cutting takes place without mechanical contact with the material, allowing complex geometries and tight tolerances.
Mold adjustment and maintenance
Our company performs mold adjustment and maintenance, essential tasks for ensuring production continuity and precision in sheet metal stamping. Periodic maintenance allows us to maintain high performance over time, reduce component wear, and ensure the consistent quality of stamped parts.
Assembly of metal components
